Orders generally take 7-10 business days to complete. Production will begin ONLY after payment is received and both the rendering and invoice/work order are signed and submitted to us. Please add 3-5 days of transit time for delivery. NOTE: The time frame used to create the rendering and to get the approval is NOT part of the 7-10 business days turnaround time.
How is the product shipped?
PDG will arrange shipping to your location via UPS or Freight Carrier. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
What is the payment process for a custom order?
A minimum 50% deposit either by credit card or bank wire transfer or 100% by check. Payment, approval of rendering and approval of invoice/work order are required in order to commence production.
Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is required for customers in California. Sales tax will also be applied if the merchandise is to be shipped or picked up within the state of California, even if the payment is from an out of state source. Sales Tax will be waived with a valid re-sellers number that is pertinent to the product.
All tent tops and walls include a protective coating that extends the lifespan and creates an almost scratch resistant surface at no additional charge. Most competitors charge an additional $1 per square foot.
